How can you tell if the text is actually from US Insights?

  1. Every text is sent by a live interviewer. If you get a message, ask them to confirm they are with US Insights.
  2. Each live interviewer identifies themselves by name, and says they are texting on behalf of US Insights.
  3. We never spam you with links. You will only get a link to complete a survey if you first agree to participate when asked, and some of our surveys are conducted entirely back and forth by text message.
  4. If you ask to stop, the survey ends immediately.
